§ 91.004 APPEALS.
   Whenever the Chief or designated subordinate disapproves an application or refuses to grant a permit applied for, or which it is claimed that the provisions of the code do not apply or the true intent and meaning of the code have been misconstrued or wrongly interpreted, the applicant may appeal the decision of the Chief to the Fire Code Board of Appeals as provided for by § 108 of the International Fire Code as amended in § 91.002(UUU) within 30 days from the date of the decision appealed.
