§ 139.03 WRONGFUL POSSESSION OF PARAPHERNALIA.
   A person in violation of § 139.02 shall not knowingly possess drug paraphernalia and possession of such is a violation of this chapter and such offender shall be fined according to the Uniform Fine Schedule in § 10.99.
