§ 139.02 WRONGFUL POSSESSION OF CANNABIS.

Unless a person is exempt from prosecution for possession of cannabis under Illinois statutes, a person shall not knowingly possess cannabis, and possession of not more than ten grams of any substance containing cannabis is a violation of this chapter and such offender shall be fined according to the Uniform Fine Schedule in § 10.99.
