§ 171.03 COMPENSATION; ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS.
   (A)   Regular meetings. The Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the village will be compensated for attending regular monthly meetings of the Village Board at a rate of $33 per meeting. Said compensation shall be paid on a quarterly basis. The members of the Board of Trustees of the village will be compensated for attending regular monthly meetings of the Village Board at a rate of $28 per meeting. The compensation shall be paid on a quarterly basis.
   (B)   Special meetings. The Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the village will be compensated for attending special meetings of the Village Board at a rate of $33 per meeting. The members of the Board of Trustees of the village will be compensated for attending special meetings of the Village Board at a rate of $28 per meeting.
