(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provisions of §§ 153.01, 153.02, 153.15 through 153.18 and 153.30 through 153.36 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than $25, nor more than $500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or non-compliance occurs or continues.
