§ 153.01 DEFINITION.

As used in this chapter, DISH-TYPE SATELLITE SIGNAL RECEIVING EARTH STATION or DISHED SATELLITE, and hereafter called DISHED ANTENNAS, means an antenna of dish shape installed for the purpose of receiving air-borne signals related to communications from satellite transmissions.
