(A) Large cardboard cartons shall be broken down and bundled or tied securely. Tree cuttings and branches shall be bundled securely in lengths not to exceed four feet and heights to exceed two feet. The weight of any bundled refuse shall not exceed 50 pounds.
(B) Beginning 12-1-2001, all grass clippings, leaves and yard waste shall be placed in paper recycling bags or plastic garbage bags with a maximum 30-gallon capacity. In order to be collected, a sticker must be affixed to each bag which can be purchased at the city at a cost of $0.50 per sticker.
