§ 50.015 ACCUMULATION OF GARBAGE ON PREMISES PROHIBITED.
   The owner, occupant and lessee of any premises in the city shall cause to be removed from the premises all garbage, rubbish and refuse and shall keep the premises at all times free and clean from any accumulation thereof.
