(A) Travel trailers/RV’s that have a current and valid license registration shall be permitted to temporarily park in a designated location of any mobile home park inside the Village corporate limits that is currently licensed and approved by the State of Illinois.
(B) No more than one (1) travel trailer/RV shall be permitted on any designated lot.
(C) No designated travel trailer/RV lot shall be used as a permanent residence.
(D) Maximum usage of any travel trailer/RV parked on a designated lot shall not exceed ninety (90) days without prior approval of the Mayor or his designated representative.
(E) Every owner/operator of a mobile home park located inside the Village corporate limits and licensed by the State of Illinois shall provide the Mayor or his designated representative a detailed list of all designated travel trailer/RV lots under his or her control.
(F) Each designated lot shall be inspected on a semi-annual basis at a cost of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per inspection.
(G) No more than twenty percent (20%) of the lots in a mobile home park may be used for travel trailers/RV’s.
(H) All travel trailers/RV’s in a mobile home park must be master metered. (Ord. No. 06-17; 09-18-06)
