MARISSA, ILLINOIS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS BY-LAWS
40-5-9  SWIMMING POOLS.
   (A)   No private swimming pool shall be located in any front yard or closer than eight (8) feet to any side or rear lot line.
   (B)   The provisions of Section 29-3-15 and 29-3-16 shall be applicable in this Section.
   (C)   All lights used to illuminate any swimming pool shall be arranged or shielded so as to confine direct light rays within the lot lines to the greatest extent possible. (See Chapter 6 - Article IV - Revised Code.)  (Ord. No. 03-21; 11-17-03)
