There shall be and there is hereby established a minimum charge and a basic user rate for the use of and for service supplied by the Wastewater Facilities of the Village.
(A) SEWER USERS – INSIDE VILLAGE LIMITS.
First 1,000 gallons $8.04 Minimum per month
Over 1,000 gallons $5.46 per 1,000 gallons
(C) SEWER USERS – OUTSIDE VILLAGE LIMITS.
First 1,000 gallons $11.05 Minimum per month
Over 1,000 gallons $8.19 per 1,000 gallons
The sewer rates contained in this Section shall increase automatically and in proportion to any increases in rates that the Kaskaskia Water District charges to the Village.
Two percent (2%) of the revenue that is raised from the sewer fees shall be placed in a Reserve Fund to be used by the Board of Trustees for future sewer infrastructure improvements.
