38-5-70  CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR LINE REPAIRS.
   Every resident of the Village of Marissa shall be responsible, financially and otherwise, for the proper repair and maintenance of any sewer line extending from the sewer main to the residents' building or other use of sewer services.
