For purposes of this Section of the Village Code, the following definitions shall apply:
(A) Owner Occupied Residential Property. Any building or structure designed for or occupied exclusively as a single housekeeping unit, wherein any individual occupying said building holds a proprietary interest by title, contract, or agreement in said real property or any building thereon, as well as, any multi-unit building or structure, wherein each and all units within said building or structure are occupied by an individual holding a proprietary interest by title, contract, or agreement in said real property or any building thereon. Persons deemed to have a proprietary interest for purposes of this definition shall include, but not be limited to, any part owner, joint owner, tenant in common, joint tenant by entirety or lessee of the whole or of a part of said real property or any building thereon.
(B) Non-Owner Occupied Residential Property. Any single-unit building or structure wherein no individual occupying said building holds a proprietary interest by title, contract, or agreement is said real property or any building thereon, as well as, any multiple-unit building or structure wherein at least one unit within said building is not occupied by any individual holding a proprietary interest by title, contract, or agreement in said real property or any building thereon. Persons deemed to have a proprietary interest for persons of this definition shall include, but not be limited to, any part owner, joint owner, tenant in common, joint tenant by entirety or lessee of the whole or of a part of said real property or any building thereon.
