A. Streets shall be planned and constructed taking into account the best possible manner of disposal of surface water and the location of water mains and sanitary sewers.
B. All streets shall have an improved surface at least twenty seven feet (27') in width.
C. The streets shall have a crushed rock or stone base of six inches (6") when compacted for streets with asphalt surface.
D. There shall be curb and gutter on each side of the street in compliance with subsection 8-1-1A4 of this code. (1977 Code § 16.16.040; amd. 2013 Code)
