10-14-5: PERMIT REQUIRED:
   A.   A building permit, pursuant to Title 10-1-1, et seq. of this code, is required for any modifications made to an Intermodal Shipping Container that will result in future commercial occupancy.
   B.   All applications for Commercial Occupancy of an Intermodal Shipping Container will be examined and approved in the same manner as all other commercial building permits but must have final approval by the City Council.
   C.   Each owner and occupant for the property where such Intermodal Shipping Container is to be located shall sign the application for such permit and each such owner and occupant shall comply with and be bound by this Chapter.
   D.   If the named applicant or owner of the property is not the same individual with ownership of the Intermodal Shipping Container(s) listed in the application, then the applicant shall list all other owner names on the Application.
   E.   If an owner or occupant with an existing approved permit desires to add one (1) or more intermodal shipping containers to their property, they shall file a new application and pay the additional fees as described below.
   F.   Fees: The fee for a building permit that is required to make any modifications to an Intermodal Shipping Container, per Title 10-14-3-5 of this code, shall be consistent with Title 10-1-2 of this code. (Ord. 3549, 8-12-2019; amd. Ord. 3790, 3-28-2022)
