9-3-4: CONNECTIONS TO PUBLIC FACILITIES; FEES:
   A.   Application For Connection; Fee: Any person, firm or corporation desiring to make a service connection with any portion of the city sewer system which does not come under any special ordinance or contract of the city shall first make application to the city sewer department collector for a permit to connect to the sewer system. Such application shall state the address or location of the connection for which a permit is requested. A fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each service connection shall be paid at the time of application for each connection.
   B.   Construction Fee: In addition to the service connection fee, there shall be paid a construction fee of five dollars ($5.00) per front foot for each lot for which application is made for a service connection with any sewer line constructed by the city sewer department after January 1, 1959.
   C.   Connection Of Subdivision Or Mobile Home Park: Any applicant for connection into the city sewer system by a sewer extension, from an existing trunk line, for a subdivision or mobile home park shall pay a fee of three hundred dollars ($300.00), rather than the construction fee, for each such sewer extension connection and a lot fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per lot for each lot to be served by such sewer extension, which lot fee shall be in addition to the service connection fee.
   D.   Deposit Of Fees: All the fees set forth in this section, as they are collected, shall be deposited in the sewer department fund.
   E.   Compliance With Provisions: The construction of any sewer line for which the city issues a permit shall be performed in accordance with the application for such permit and the provisions of the ordinances of the city and subject to the approval of the superintendent of the sewer department.
