1. Editor's Note: In conversation with City officials, Ordinance 2266 was adopted to qualify the City to receive grant dollars for use regarding the City water system. The City is not enforcing said ordinance even though it was passed subsequent to those provisions codified in this chapter, including article A, and were unable to provide Sterling Codifiers with any information regarding what, if any, provisions of Ordinance 2266 should be codified. City officials did inform Sterling Codifiers that what appears as article A are the provisions they prefer to be codified. Sterling Codifiers was unable to determine what other provisions of this chapter were superseded by the adoption of Ordinance 2266. Therefore, Ordinance 2266 and amending Ordinance 2363 have not been included in the Code.
