9-1-1: FISCAL YEAR FOR WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENTS:
The "fiscal year" for the water department and sewer department of the city shall hereafter commence on May 1 of each year and end on April 30 of each succeeding year. (Ord. 1472, 3-22-1993, eff. 4-30-1993)
