1-8C-1: OFFICE CREATED; APPOINTMENT:

There is hereby created the office of the deputy city clerk. The deputy city clerk shall be appointed by the mayor, with the advice and consent of the city council. (Ord. 3009, 10-24-2011)

1-8C-2: BOND:

Before entering upon his or her duties of office, the deputy city clerk shall execute a bond in such amount as is provided by statute, conditioned upon the faithful performance of his or her duties. (Ord. 3009, 10-24-2011)
