4-12-4: PENALTY:
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. In addition, all collection costs including reasonable attorney fees incurred shall be imposed for each violation. (Ord. 3312, 4-22-2016)
