4-10-9: VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS:
The motor vehicles for which taxicab licenses are issued shall be maintained in a safe, clean, operable condition at all times. Noncompliance with this section may result in revocation of the taxicab license. (Ord. 2374, 8-22-2011)
