A. Taxicab licenses issued prior to the effective date hereof are designated hereby as class I licenses. Taxicab licenses issued after the effective date hereof are hereby designated class II licenses.
B. All class I taxicab licenses shall expire June 30, 2012. No class I license will be renewed.
C. The number of class II licenses authorized to be issued annually shall be sixteen (16), commencing with the effective date hereof. No class II license shall be issued except for a specific motor vehicle to be in service. (Ord. 2374, 8-22-2011)
