A. To protect the health, safety and welfare of individuals in particular and the public generally the owner of a building, structure, or other edifice is hereby prohibited from renting, leasing or giving permission for occupancy by any person of any building, structure or edifice that does not have potable water continuously available and functioning toilet facilities connected to the City sewer or a sewage disposal system approved by the Franklin-Williamson Bi County Health Department.
B. No person shall live, reside or stay in any building, structure or other edifice that does not have potable water continuously available and functioning toilet facilities connected to the City sewer or a sewage disposal systems approved by the Franklin-Williamson Bi-County Health Department.
C. Violation of division A. of this section shall subject the violator to a fine not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00.
D. Violation of division B. of this section shall subject the violator to a fine not less than $25.00 nor more than $50.00.
E. Each day a person violates the provision hereof shall be a separate offense. (Ord. 2041, 10-3-2005)
