§ 71.01 FUNERAL PROCESSIONS TO BE IDENTIFIED.
   Vehicles comprising a funeral procession shall utilize pennants, flags or stickers to identify the individual vehicles in the procession. The identifying insignia shall be designated by the City Traffic Division.

§ 71.02 PARADES AND PROCESSIONS.
   No funeral procession or parade containing 200 or more persons or 50 or more vehicles, excepting the forces of the United States, the state military forces and the forces of any Police and Fire Departments, shall occupy, march or proceed along any street except in accordance with a permit issued by the Chief of Police and applicable traffic laws and regulations.

§ 71.03 VEHICLES NOT TO BE DRIVEN ON SIDEWALK.
   The driver of a vehicle shall not drive within any sidewalk except in accordance with I.C. 9-21-17-19, as amended.

§ 71.04 LIMITATIONS ON BACKING.
   The driver of a vehicle shall not back that vehicle unless that movement can be made with reasonable safety and without interfering with other traffic.
