(a) Any person who shall have been licensed by the City to drive a taxicab pursuant to Section 725.05 through 725.06 and shall, after having been so licensed, take employment as a taxicab driver with a taxicab operator licensed by the City other than the taxicab operator shown on the original application for a taxicab driver's license, shall within five days after taking such new employment, report such transfer and change in employment to the Director of Public Safety and Service, who shall amend the original application for a taxicab driver's license to show the taxicab operator then actually employing such taxicab driver.
(b) A fee of ten dollars ($10.00) shall be paid by each taxicab driver for each such amendment of original application for a taxicab driver's license.
