725.06 DRIVER'S LICENSE ISSUANCE.

Upon the filing with the Director of Public Safety and Service of the certificate of the Chief of Police, the procuring of the duplicate pictures of the applicant, the filing of one of them with the Director and the payment of the license fee, the Director shall issue to the applicant a taxicab driver's license.
