   (A)   Regulations of the municipal streets and ways are listed in this chapter by Schedules I and II. Usage of streets and ways other than as set out by this chapter is a misdemeanor.

      (2)   All curbs at intersections will be painted yellow to establish state standard parking setback.

   (C)   All alleys and service lanes, except for unloading, or for services, in Lanes A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H. Parking shall only be permitted in those areas in lanes except where curbs are painted yellow or signs are erected prohibiting parking at this particular area as designated by plan marked “Exhibit A”, on page 58A;

   (D)   Within 100 feet of a piece of fire equipment when at the scene of an accident or fire;

   (E)   The southern drive of the Concourse;

   (F)   (1)   There shall be no parking in public and private fire lanes as provided for in Ord. O-8-71, the Unified Fire Code of the county, and as designated by the Fire Chief, which are posted. Whoever violates this division (F)(1) shall be fined not more than $100 and costs; and

      (2)   No person shall park a motor vehicle within the limits of an area designated as a street tree planting area, defined in § 96.01, where there is a street curb or gutter, or the area between the street and property owner’s property line where there is a street curb or gutter. Whoever violates this division (F)(2) shall not be fined more than $100 and court costs for each offense

   (G)   The Mayor is authorized and directed to purchase and erect the necessary no parking signs, slow children signs, and ten mph signs, to advise of the prohibitions in this schedule. The Clerk is authorized to pay for the no parking signs and to charge them to Account No. 201.601.52409;

   (H)   Slow children signs, indicating curve, ten mph shall be posted as the recommended safe speed, not speed limit, on both Rowan Hill Drive and Murray Avenue prior to the curve;

   (I)   Whoever violates the provisions of Ord. O-39-83, Ord. O-2-85, Ord. O-4-88, Ord. O-14-88, or Ord. O-16-93 as set forth above shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $100 and court costs for each offense;

   (J)   (1)   Cachepit Way. Install “no parking” signs on east side between Mt. Vernon and Miami Bluff, paint corners of curbs at intersections to state standards for parking setback;

      (2)   Murray between West Street and Grove Avenue. Due to the absence of curbs full length on both sides of the street, install three “no parking here to corner” signs, two at the intersection of West and Murray and one on the north side of Murray at the intersection of Grove. Also, install two “no parking” signs on the north side of Murray;

      (3)   Murray between Rowan Hill Drive and Lytle Woods Place. Due to the absence of curbs, a “no parking” sign will be installed in the center of the block on the west side of the street and four “no parking here to intersection” signs will be installed for the east and west sides of the street at all intersections;

      (4)   Pocahontas (south side of Wooster Pike). Due to the absence of curbs, two “no parking” signs will be installed on the east side of the street. Also, a “no parking here to corner” sign will be placed on both sides of the street near the intersection of Pocahontas and Wooster Pike. Install two “no parking in cul-de-sac” signs in cul-de-sac. Keep existing “no parking” sign on east side of street;

      (5)   Pocahontas (north side of Wooster Pike to Hiawatha Avenue). Install a “no parking” sign on the east side of the street in front of the library. Remove “no parking here to corner” sign on the west side of Pocahontas at the intersection with Hiawatha. Paint curbs yellow to standard state parking setback for intersections at Rembold and Hiawatha. Keep existing “no parking here to corner” sign on east side of Pocahontas;

      (6)   Lytle Woods Place. Due to the absence of curbs on the north side of the street and in almost all of the cul-de-sac at the west end of the street, a “no parking here to corner” sign will be placed on the north side of the street near the intersection with Miami Avenue. Paint the curb on the south side of the street at the intersection with Miami to state standard for parking setback. Install three “no parking” signs in cul-de-sac. Paint the partial curb on the south side of the cul-de-sac yellow from the west end of the partial curb to a point east that will ensure safe passage of emergency equipment; and

      (7)   This division (J) shall go into effect at the earliest date allowed by law.

   (K)   Yellow “no parking” line shall be extended north by four feet on Indianview Avenue.

   (L)   Parking on West Street is permitted on the south side only as provided for in Ord. O-19-22; no parking is permitted on school days 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.; and no parking is permitted 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. between Thorndike and Madisonville Road; no parking is permitted 25 feet from the stop sign at the corner of West Street and Thorndike, and that a sign, "No Parking Here to the Corner" shall be set approximately 30 feet from the Madisonville Road end.
