§ 56.12 VISUAL IMPACT MINIMIZATION AND SCREENING STANDARDS.
   (A)   All wireless communications facilities shall employ camouflage design techniques to minimize visual impacts and provide appropriate screening. Such techniques shall be employed to make the installation, operation and appearance of the facility as visually inconspicuous as possible, to prevent the facility from visually dominating the surrounding area, and to hide the installation from predominant views from surrounding properties.
   (B)   Depending on the proposed site and surroundings, certain camouflage design techniques may be deemed by the village as ineffective or inappropriate and alternative techniques may be recommended. Sections 56.40 through 56.47 provides standards for potential camouflage design techniques that should be considered based on different installation situations.
