This subchapter establishes objective standards for requests for small utility facilities, new and existing installations, eligible facilities including colocation and removal. These standards are meant to protect public health and safety while maintaining visual compatibility with the community, while also allowing for the orderly deployment of small utility facilities for the benefit of the community.
