§ 153.19 CLASSIFICATION OF PAVEMENTS.
   For the purpose of fixing restoration charges, pavements are classified as follows:
   (A)   Class 1: Concrete;
   (B)   Class 2: Not used;
   (C)   Class 3: Asphalt, other bituminous pavements on concrete base, or machine paved bituminous paving irrespective of kind of base;
   (D)   Class 4: Bituminous concrete pavements on stone base;
   (E)   Class 5: Low type pavements (plain macadam and gravel, not surface treated or oiled);
   (F)   Class 6: Sidewalks, cement, brick, or flagstone;
   (G)   Class 7: Concrete base only or any similar material used as a base incident to the resurfacing of a street under contract or by village forces;
   (H)   Class 8: Street under complete construction or reconstruction (not merely resurfacing), or any entirely unimproved area except as provided in § 153.10(C);
   (I)   Class 9: Sodded areas; and
   (J)   Class 10: Tunnels.
