§ 153.10 RESTORATION OF MACADAM STREETS: CLASS 4.
   (A)   Restoration of openings in first class macadam roadways, whether water-bound, oiled, or bituminous, and whether composed of gravel or broken stone, shall be made as provided in the City of Cincinnati Drawing No. 729, Standard Restoration Bituminous Concrete on Stone Base, which drawing is made a part of these rules and regulations and attached hereto.
   (B)   In the case of rough macadam or gravel streets or roads, which have never been treated with oil or tar, restoration shall be made as specified in § 153.09.
   (C)   Where any part of the opening is within two feet of the paved portion of a first class macadam roadway having earth berms, restoration shall be made as provided in division (A) above.
   (D)   Where any part of the opening is within two feet of a paved portion of a Class 1, 2, or 3 roadway having an earth berm without curb and gutter, the restoration shall be according to divisions (A) or (B) above whichever the Village Engineer considers necessary.
   (E)   Where the opening is within two feet of plain macadam roadway (Class 5), the restoration shall be made as specified in § 153.09.
