An owner, contractor, architect, subcontractor, mechanic, firm or corporation shall obtain the following permits from and pay the following fees and deposits to the City:
(a) Plan Review Fees. | |

(b) Inspection Fee to Occupy. | |

(e) Verification of Contractor. Registration of contractors shall be verified by the Fire Division before permits can be issued by the Fire Division. All contractors must be registered with the Maple Heights Building Department prior to performing any services(s). (See Section 1444.04
