Annual certificates of registration, in compliance with this chapter, shall be issued by the Building Commissioner upon the payment of a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
No permit required by the Ohio Building Code(s) or the City of Maple Heights Building and Housing Codes shall be issued for work to be undertaken by contract except to a contractor who first obtains a current and valid certificate of registration according to this chapter.
