(a) All development areas may be subject to external inspections by a representative of the City Engineer to ensure compliance with the approved SWP3 or Abbreviated SWP3. All costs associated with such inspections shall be the responsibility of the applicant and will be deducted from the fee reserve balance posted with the Finance Department.
(b) After each external inspection, the City shall prepare and distribute a status report to the applicant.
(c) If an external inspection determines that operations are being conducted in violation of the approved SWP3 or Abbreviated SWP3, the City may take action as detailed in this Section 1225.14.
