1066.03 COMPLIANCE WITH POSTED RULES AND REGULATIONS; VIOLATIONS; DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES.
   (a)   The Director of Recreation shall prescribe and promulgate such further rules and regulations, consistent with the provisions hereof, for the orderly and safe operation of the Municipal pools, including regulations pertaining to the ejection from the Municipal swimming pools of disorderly persons or denial of admission to the Municipal Pool for any reason. Included shall be the right to cancel registration card privileges and family season passes where the holder thereof has been guilty of a series of disorderly acts. If a family season pass has been is cancelled, a rehearing of this order may be had before the Mayor if requested by the member of Council in the district where such family resides.
   (b)   All residents and nonresidents, per Section 1066.02(a), who use Municipal swimming pools must adhere to the rules and regulations established by the City Parks and Recreation Division, as posted at such pools.
   (c)   Anyone violating said rules and regulations may be subject to disciplinary procedures, including, but not limited to:
      (1)   Temporary restriction from use of the recreation facility;
      (2)   Expulsion from the recreation facility;
      (3)   Suspension from the recreation facility for a determined time (as set forth by the Director of the Parks and Recreation Division); and
      (4)   Permanent restriction from use of the recreation facility.
   (d)   Any adult resident who brings a nonresident guest to use said recreation facilities is responsible for the actions of such guest. In the event that disciplinary measures are necessary for a nonresident guest, the resident holder of the Recreation Participation Card or pass who brings in said guest may be subject to the same penalties incurred by the guest.
