1066.02 GENERAL REGULATION/PROHIBITIONS.
   The following items or activities are prohibited anywhere at the Maple Heights Pool:
   (a)   A nonresident may use the Municipal swimming pools in the City only if such person is a guest of a Maple Heights adult resident while the resident is using the facility and if such person pays the nonresident fee. An “adult” is considered to be a person who is eighteen years of age and over. The City reserves the right to limit nonresident use of the Municipal swimming pools during high use and/or very hot weather. (Pool capacity is 660.)
   (b)   Toys or play items that are not permitted in the Maple Heights Pool include, but are not limited to, beach balls, noodles, water wings, etc.
   (c)   Flotation devices are not permitted unless they are Coast Guard Approved Personal Flotation Devices.
   (d)   No diving is permitted from pool decks.
   (e)   Food or drinks, except plastic bottles, are not permitted except in designated areas.
   (f)   Radios, CD players, TVs, tape recorders, or other musical devices (unless used with personal headphones).
   (g)   Animals, other than service animals are not permitted anywhere in the pool complex.
   (h)   Any other item or activity that creates a hazard to patrons or to the maintenance and operation of the Maple Heights Pool.
   (i)   Persons wishing to take pictures inside the pool area must obtain permission from the Pool Manager.
   (j)   The City assumes no liability for the loss or theft of a patron's personal belongings. Items left after the end of the day will be placed in the pool's lost and found area.
   (k)   The Pool Manager on duty may close the entire pool complex, or any portions of the pool complex, for any safety or maintenance reason.
   (l)   The Pool Manager on duty has the authority to enforce these rules and/or regulations and may remove from the pool area any patron who violates these rules or regulations.
   (m)   No smoking will be permitted anywhere in the swimming pool complex.
