1024.05 PLANS; CONSULTING FEE FOR ENGINEER

(a) The Director of Service, before issuing the permit required by Section 1024.04, may require the permittee to submit detailed plans, profiles and specifications for such work as well as a topographical map for examination and approval by a consulting engineer to be selected by the City.

(b) The permittee shall pay the consulting fee of the engineer.
