878.03 PERMIT FEES.

   The following fees shall be charged for a permit required by Section 878.01:

   (a)   For the basic permit - twenty dollars ($20.00);

   (b)   For each day of operation - two dollars ($2.00).

   Such fees are payable to the City Treasurer.
