Any person who is injured by the failure of a licensee under Section 860.02(b)(2) to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter may commence a civil action to recover compensatory damages from such person. In any action under this section, the court may award punitive damages or reasonable attorney's fees to a prevailing plaintiff.
