The curb or hump described in Section 824.02 shall be provided within fifteen days of the effective date of this chapter (Ordinance 1965-231, passed November 17, 1965). The curb or hump shall be maintained in good condition and shall be so rounded as not to be a nuisance to pedestrian travel. If such curb or hump is not located on the owner's or operator's premises immediately adjoining the street line, at each driveway entrance, the owner or operator shall obtain the approval of the Director of Service for another location on such premises to accomplish the objects of this chapter.
