824.02 SPECIAL CURBING REQUIRED.
   The owners or operators of drive-in restaurants and hamburger and hotdog stands, as defined in Section 824.01, shall provide substantial rounded curbing or humps consisting of asphalt, concrete or similar obstruction across the entire driveway entrance or egress portions of their premises providing for the passage of motor vehicles between such premises and the public street, except that a portion of the driveway at either end of such curb or hump may be so constructed as to provide adequate drainage to the street. Such curb or hump shall be not less than two inches high and so constructed as to require the slow passage of motor vehicles. The height of the curb or hump shall be measured from the finished grade of the premises or the adjoining sidewalk where sidewalks are provided, whichever is higher. It shall not be more than twelve inches wide for each two inches in height and should be painted traffic yellow.
