Cadet police officers and members of the Women's Bureau provided for in Section 244.01 shall furnish a good and sufficient surety bond, subject to the approval of the Mayor, prior to entering upon their duties. The premium of such surety bonds shall be paid by the City from the proper fund. The amount of each of such surety bonds shall be as follows:
Chief of the Division of Police | $2,500 |
Chief of the Division of Fire | 2,500 |
Police Captains and Police Lieutenants (each) | 2,000 |
Police Sergeants and cadet police (each) | 1,500 |
Policewomen (each) | 1,500 |
