197.05 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS.

(a) The Mayor shall prepare and cause to be filed concurrent with the annual budget a capital improvements report within the City of Mansfield for a three-year period.

(b) The Finance Director shall provide a Capital Improvement Analysis Report to Council on a quarterly basis.
