171.08 BONDS OF OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES.
Before entering upon the discharge of his/her duties, each officer and employee herein named shall execute a bond approved according to law in the amount set forth opposite his respective office or position, or, in the alternative the appointing authority for each of the positions listed may obtain a blanket commercial bond naming each of the listed positions under his/her control.
