171.07 SKILLED PART-TIME EMPLOYEES.

   In addition to the personnel authorized by ordinance of Council for the various offices and departments of the City, and providing funds have been provided therefore, the various City officers are authorized to contract for the performance of unique and special skill duties upon a part-time basis with the City. No such contract shall encompass a term exceeding six months in duration, nor shall any such contracts with the same individual exceed a total of 200 days in any calendar year. (Ord. 63-167.
