163.02 PREPARATION OF RENEWAL PLAN.

The Director of Community Development shall execute and administer renewal plans authorized by Council. He shall undertake or cause the necessary studies, plans and surveys in connection with such program and projects to be undertaken and shall prepare or cause a renewal plan to be prepared covering each area of the City designated by Council.
