155.03 ORGANIZATION.
The Citizen Advisory Committee shall determine its own internal organization, elect its own officers, other than the chairperson and the executive secretary, adopt its own rules and by- laws, and otherwise determine its own administration and procedures. Provided, the rules of the Committee shall require the vote of two-thirds of the members in attendance at a meeting where a quorum exists for the adoption of any rule, by-law, resolution, motion or other proceeding; provide for regular meetings of the Committee as to time, place and date; and require twenty-four hour written notice to all members of any special meeting of the Committee.
