143.01 ESTABLISHED.

A City Planning Commission is hereby established, consisting of the Mayor, the Public Works Director or Service Director, the President of the Board of Park Commissioners and six residents of the Municipality who shall serve without compensation and shall be appointed by the Mayor for terms of six years each, except that the terms of two of the members of the first Commission shall be for three years.
