133.01 BLANKET PURCHASE ORDERS.

Division managers shall be permitted to issue as many blanket purchase orders at any time within a specific line-item appropriation account as is necessary to efficiently operate their divisions in amounts not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) or the line-item budget, whichever is smaller.
