Section 11.01 Continuity of Departments, etc.

   All departments, divisions, bureaus, boards, commissions and other organizational instrumentalities of the City extant on the effective date of this Charter shall continue under this Charter until they are abolished, or revised as to composition or powers, duties or functions by ordinance or resolution.
